My name is Santosh Agrawal and I am working in IT Telecom & VoIP for last 5 years now. When I started I found that we get good classes for CCNA CCNP R&S, but hardly there are any classes for Cisco Voice. As a booming technology we have a great future (choice is always yours). Still the situation is same and we are moving to Mumbai and Bangalore.
As an initiative I am starting CCNA voice classes in Pune, which will help you to make your basics clear in Cisco Voice products.
I will be using a VMware and GNS3 based lab which will give you a great experience of real voice infrastructure. To know more about my lab please refer to my blog ciscovoicevirtuallab.blogspot.com.
